Work Out In The Gym

I tried it last friday and every rep felt like I was testing my max... My strength was about what it normally is but everything was much harder and I wanted to just stop and go back to my dorm each time I finished a set. Weed and exercise don't mix unless you're running from some pigs :P

lol, i can barely lift my legs after a smokin sess..let alone weights :?

man i love stoned workouts... its so great, cos after, when ur all knackered, u get to go in the sauna, and the steam room n stuff.... man so nice, i da love it, tho one time i asked for em to put pink floyd on, as i was the only one in there, and when Welcome to the Machine came on, i was completely freakin out, i thought i was a machine like, cos it was like all i was doin was acting like a machine, it was really weird, really tripped me out, haha

but ye, i love exercising stoned, best time to do it, u enjoy the burn so much more (ye i am one of the weird ones who enjoy the burn n ache of exercisin, lol)

I try to be sober when I go in and wait a couple hours before the workout till I smoke. When I do go in stoned I try much harder than I normally, if anything just because I don't want to admit that weed messes with your strength.

Have you ever smoked right after a workout? It's not really good to get stoned right after a workout but when you do you'll be high as fuck.

I know what you mean about trying harder because of refusal to admit weed's effects, that was going on too for me last time haha. I've smoked right after a workout plenty of times before but I dont' really remember what kind of a difference it made. A lot of time I would be drinking too so that might play a factor as well.

Man exercising feels so good after you're done. I just had a small sesh for the first time in over a year really and I'm loving it.

I'm realizing that along with all the weight I lost in the last couple years (too much) I've lost a whole fuckload of strength too. I wanna start doing this more regularly from now on.

I prefer toking up after a work out, then i feel like i've earned my high kinda. Plus your bodies all tired and beat and shit, and then a spliff just lifts you back up.

I like to smoke before and after my workouts. If anyone streaches when they workout, Ive noticed that my muscles are very relaxed and I can usually streach further then I could if i was sober.
