Its a wicked read, mate. I thoroughly enjoyed it...and as far as I know, Depp, and his production company, have the rights and intention to make the screenplay, sometime in the next year or ten.

My favourite part was the scene with Moberg, or someone similar sounding, when Kemp is talking, quite seriously, about how his friend has no qualm of eating human flesh...

I finished John Dies at the end two weeks ago.

Finished 'A life of Pi' yesterday!

Now i'm looking into Azimov, i'm up for some '70s sci-fi.

I might read Rama again.

Actually I've been creating a blog on it for a completely different website. After I finish the book I will compile my blogs/reports of the book for anyone that wishes to read. I have also recently read Geoffery Blainey: A Land Half Won. This was another 400 page book on the history of Australia. I am also working/blogging on Keith Sinclairs History of New Zealand.

After I finish the books and get my blogs posted, I will share. It is a very interesting part of the world, one I would like to visit.

Awaiting the arrival of the rum diary, recently ordered off borders

I have received, by mail, in the last week...both The Job and also The WIld Boys, both my william burroughs...unfortunately, other than the cut-up mayhem, they are the very last of his words for me to read, so I am savouring them...because once they are gone, there is simply nothing left. I have half given up on Jonathon Swift's gulliver travekls, though it proved a half decent read.
