sativa or indica

can someone explain the difference in the two, i know they both have different highs and ive heard that sativa gives you a more energetic high and indica gives you more of the kind of "stoned" high when your happy just sitting around..anyone know if this is true?

Umm..yes, you are right about Sativa giving you the more energetic high. Indica gives you the heavier, sleepy type high.
