Seven is by far the best one. Five is right behind it though (Called five on the antholigies disc for the playstation one, also called Final Fantasy Three for the SNES)

Aite 7 definitiley had the best storyline, but 8 had the best characters....i just plain hated 9

but i cant believe darth inhaler hated the way u level up in FF10, i thought that was pretty original, i mean u can create your characters the way u want by taking different paths, it was pretty cool........if thats wat u mean by the ring thing

I think it was a pain in the ass man...you had to find those little key things to unlock certain abilities and paths and sometimes I would accidently give yuna one of wakka's moves or something and I'd be like SON OF A BITCH!

aite i see why you hate it, but atleast it was more original than just levelin up like in ff7 where u just accumulate points till u hit your goal.....but i do see where your coming from with that........

i also thing ffx-2 was a load of bullshit and a waste of a perfectly good ps2 disc

nine is sick, so is seven love em both, ten is ok, felt a bit disappointed by it, you cant just fly around the world map like the others. THEY ARE REMAKING SEVEN YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!!! so itl have sick graphics, the same game, better wrapping how sick

I could of sworn the seven remake was going to be a movie but i have no idea. Oh yeah and 9 was really good, some people dont like it but i dont see why, the mini games are great and even the cards game is entertaining.

If you're really interested, you should try Final Fantasy Tactics. It's more of a strategy game then the "number" Final Fantasies. It's pretty challenging, but at the same time very mellow. That's what I would recommend.

Cloud is in it from Final Fantasy 7 as a player character too, which is nice if you liked 7.

for the playstaion but i think itl not be released till playstation 3 hits the market. the film is pretty good, its set after the game if you aint seen it. has an awesome fight scene with sephiroth and cloud near the end a defo must see

10's the only one i've played, i thought it was great, the sphere grid was a good idea for leveling up, tho it would get frustrating at times.

and Rasta Girl, in 10 you can fly around, but only once you get the airship.
