This coming from the guy who thinks THC kills peoplebonbon wrote:yea...im pretty sure that your not supposed to smoke at all when you have asthma...
I had asthma as a young kid but it subsided, I've been smoking weed for years now and it's never been a problem.
I was smoking with a girl the other day who says she can't hit pipes because of her asthma so she only smokes blunts. Although in my opinion I think the tobacco would cause more of a problem than weed by itself. For the record she smokes every day and it doesn't seem to be a problem for her, not at all.
My cousin also has asthma and I've smoked with him on occasion and it was never a problem with him either.
What I'm trying to get at is that you have to find out on you're own; different people react differently. If I was you I'd wait till it's been a couple days since the last attack then smoke a little weed and see how it goes. Don't over do it and keep your inhaler close by.
ps. just for the record tobacco is alot harder on your lungs than weed and the smoke from weed is also alot thinner than smoke from a cig.
Good Luck.

My mum got asthma last year, it was pretty scary as she never had any problems with breathing before.
I woke up and I heard this sound that sounded like someone was chocking, so I run out onto the hallway and I see my mother standing in the bathroom just leaning on the washing table and I just kinda felt this panic rising 'cause i knew she was having trouble breathing. So i wake up my dad (he's a very solid sleeper) and he goes out and takes her to the hospital only to find out she had an asthma attack.
I got some nightmares the days after that mishap, what if I didn't wake up from the sound?

Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

I've had asthma for 8 years now, toke up everyday or every other day and have no problems. I still work out and as long as I take my inhaler and shit, I have no problems.
