The frame vision and everythin goin slow motion (includin your sense of time) is caused by your brain receivin a larger amount of information at once than it normally does; this is actually quite normal for stronger psychedelics such as shrooms, etc, but it can happen on high doses of weed / strong stuff. Learn to enjoy it, cause it can actually make things quite fun and interestin.
The fast heart rate is actually quite normal for weed, too (particularly with sativa strains). This is the most common stimulant effect from cannabis, and it is often the main trigger for anxiety/bad trips for most people. A good way to turn the fast heart rate into a good thing is to think of it as a warm buzz that spreads from your heart to the rest of the body - that's what I do at least. It actually feels quite nice if you think about it.
The not bein able to move much / at all is just a strong example of what the depressant effects of cannabis can be like in high doses. Think of it as bein overly drunk - you have trouble movin, you can barely keep your eyes open, and you're constantly about to fall asleep. Nothin harmful, though, as it all wears off eventually.
The inebriatin effects of cannabis (clumsyness, gettin "stupid") are also quite normal, too. Both the inebriatin and depressant effects are trademark indica features.
Hopefully this will ease up things for some people. Also, a good way to "abort" a bad trip is to EAT!!! As we all know, eatin kills/reduces your high. If you eat a burger or 2 - or better yet - have a good meal, then you will significantly reduce the strength of your high. That's why I don't like eatin durin my peak, cause then I can never enjoy my weed at its best. But if you really have to, eat. It will distract you, it will drive your tastebuds wild with pleasure, and it will bring you down from your peak.
..if you had EATEN weed though, then good luck. All you can do then is wait it out. Just remember the things I wrote.
