The hookah ghost is an easy hookah smoke trick to do, and you can do it with a little or a lot of smoke.

First, take a hit of your hookah. If you want to blow a larger ghost, take a bigger/longer hit of your hookah.

Next, make sure the smoke stays in your mouth (if you inhaled, allow the smoke to seep up into your mouth).

Then, open your mouth a little to let some smoke come out.

Once smoke begins to flow out of your mouth, move away from the smoke a little as you let a cloud in front of your mouth. If the smoke doesn't make a cloud, that's okay - you can pull off the ghost no matter what the smoke looks like.

Once you have let a little smoke out of your mouth (preferably a cloud of smoke), move your head toward the smoke and suck in the smoke as you inhale it. This creates a vacuum effect in which this smoke gets inhaled back into you.
