ordered from them and was excellent.. got the package in like 3-4 days after payment, quality seeds, germinated good.. not sure if they were truly feminized though since I never got to flowering stage with them, but definitely a site I would go back to seeing as it's about 1/2 the price from every other company

not yet mate... one step at time...
i got northern lights... i think...


going to set it up in the bathtub of my bathroom...
two small pots... will get a couple of lights... some nutrient mix

but need to do some research

any advice on my initial set up (minimal cost)

I would suggest getting some really good CFL lights for your first grow as it requires less cooling and work. Maybe a 150-200 watt 6500K spectrum CFL light with some good soil (or if you're a handy person make an aeroponic setup) with pro-mix or fox farms ocean forest soil. Getting Fox Farms trio nutrients and keeping them in cycle with your plants will make them increase size like crazy. You would need some reflective material for the lighting so you could buy mylar for cheap

So you got

Lighting - 150-200 watt CFL (HPS gets more expensive because of the ballast *around $100 for that alone*) around $60-100 with mylar

Soil - Pro mix or Fox Farms Oceans forest...about $20 for enough from start to finish

Nutrients - Fox Farms tri pack (big bloom, grow big, and tiger bloom) about $50

If you cut down on the quality of any of these, it will make a big impact on the yield/quality of your grow. That's about all the basics you'll need. Just search through highers growing tutorials for more specifics.. the answer to everything you'll need is in there somewhere and if you still can't find it, we'll most likely know the answer
