Every time I read it I take a slightly different perspective, a very thought intriguing book.

those are the best books, the ones that you can read multiple times and it's just as good (if not better) because you have a completely different perspective of the whole thing.

What I'm reading right now is called The Control Book By Peter Masters. It describes the dominant and submissive roles in control, whether it be normal day to day situations or sex. It also explains how to gain it, or how to lose it, or give it up for a higher purpose. It's more of a psychology book than a novel though, as was my last book. Those tend to be the only types of books I've been reading lately though

i was fascinated by the film...when I saw it as a kid, but never read the novel it was based upon. How have you found it, JTP???

Excellent, very detailed and entertaining. I love the fact that there are so many books in the series as well. The overall theme isn't completely outlandish and ridiculous like most others of the genre (sci-fi seems prone to plot holes and bad ideas I've noticed; particularly in film).

Ioan Grillo-El Narco

A British foreign correspondent who has been covering the Mexican Cartel for the last decade takes us inside an accurate and deeply involved journalistic pursuit into the heart of Mexico's drug war. Very informative and it has pictures that are quite disturbing.

I am nearing the end of my third read of Fear and Loathing In America, wishfully hoping that The Mutineer will appear in the not too distant future, for Hunter improves me dramatically as a writer, with constant and consummate ease.

I'm reading The Adventures Of Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It's fucking excellent so far.

It's 482 pages of tiny ass font split 2 pages to 1 down the middle of each. I hope to have finished by April, lol.

I'm also reading Social Sciences: The Big ISSues by Kath Woodward, which is not such a joy to read.

Am currently reading Greg Palast's Armed Madhouse, he's a brilliant writer in my opinion at least. But I'm really into all that investigative journalism stuff so it's a no brainer.

Just finished Into the Wild a little while ago....amazing read, highly recommended. It's about this 20 some year old guy who gave all his possessions to charity and went to live alone in the wilderness. It's a pretty sad story, if that's not spoilers enough.

Now I'm reading The Things they Carried, which is about soldiers in Vietnam. Pretty good so far.
