Getting high without a spliff

I need to know what's the best way to get high without rolling a spliff. I have very shaky hands and can't make a spliff also I have no access to buy any bongs or vaporizers and my DIY skills at making bongs is very poor. (I've tried)

So if you can help me out it would be appreciated.

It's not that hard to make a pipe out of a bottle, and you can find really easy on-line tutorials...if you have weed you can make tea or brownies. But there's nothing like a good joint.

Practice practice practice. I'm assuming you're under 18 if you can't buy a pipe, so having a piece around wouldn't be in your best interest anyway. Just roll em up, if they suck, break em back down and try again. You will figure it out.
