Blood test!

I smoke weed on occasion(wish i did more but the thing i still live with my parents and iv a blood test Monday, its only a routine check but I have a bad feeling my mother has booked me a check for THC. Am i caught if Im right? Or can i get out of it??

I smoked a joint during the week and took a few hits from a bong today.

No..... Don't be gettin paranoid about it. You'll be fine. They would not be checking to see if you are on anything... Plus even if they did found something, they couldn't just blurt it out to your folks cus there is a confidentiality rule. But really, they won't be checking for it.... Why would doctors waste their time doing that??? And your parents, (If they don't know you smoke already, cus trust me they are sneaky buggers...) I'd like to imagine wouldn't go to such lengths.... And i'm pretty sure they cantt do that anyways. Don't forget to stay around and post, cus we all like to puff man

Incorrect. It's an average of 28 days to detoxify your bloodstream of THC, though it takes much longer for it to work out of your hair follicles, fingernail material etc.

I know that THC is excreted from the body in different time in different people. I may be wrong, but this http://www.ncsm.nl/english/thc-weed-detox article says that everything depends on how often you smoke. If you haven't smoked before six months, maybe the THC content in your body will be so low that the test will not fix it? I somewhere read that any sorbent and a large amount of liquid helps to cleanse the body. I think that there should be some special detox programs that are used in narcological dispensaries, for example. I had a similar situation. We had to pass a drug test in the college. I was very worried. But I was lucky, I fell seriously ill and my drug test was postponed for two months.
