And me. I have a terrible coughing fit when i get out of bed on a morning. My phlegm problem started a couple of years ago after i had a rather nasty chest infection, before i started regularly smoking. My dad has the same problem with the cough, because he smokes too.

i think we have what ppl in the olden days called consumption

Happens to me if I smoke WAY to much. Kind of a pain in the ass and really unattractive to the ladies. I keep it in check by smoking that much rarely haha. I mean like if i rip about 4 grams in one sitting it happens. Wow im rambling im so baked lolz

i get it every now and then. It's because of cigarettes for me mainly.

I have it now but I haven't smoked in a while, I think my fever is coming back

yer I get like drippy phelm out my nose n have to hock it up in the morning, it aint nice.

I was preparing to have a shower last night before work. I leaned over the tub to adjust the temperature before stepping in and I had a huge sneeze. When I looked in the tub, there was a slimy charcol grey wad of plegm that flew out of my mouth floating in the water. It was a good 2 inches long by an inch wide.

one time when i was showering i coughed and let out these 2 huge brown balls of nastiness... so then i took a break and they were back to that wierd whitish color, but now theyre probably black as stuff.

Mine is brownish...

I'll start worrying when it turns red
