the doctors said im not aloud to get my heart rate up...would i still be ok to smoke since i know that smoking will get it up???

Sorry. Your question was dumb to begin with, the doctor told you not to let your heart rate go up, you know smoking will make your heart rate go up, I mean 2+2=?
