Head aches

I keep gettin these headaches and I think it's pot related

I got well high on wednesday night and on thursday I was up for work as normal and I didnt smoke none lastnight but today I had a crushin headache man.

This aint the first time this has happend to.

I hate pain killers too, I think they're fucking bad for you so I never take them, but any1 else got any suggestions?

If it's weed related than it probably means your smoking shitty weed, but just try taking advil or something in that matter of it to relieve yourself.

Id probaly say not getting enuff sleep, Im like nearly fallin asleep at my desk today lol. Cant stop yawning

Ive tried 3 different types of weed, it keeps tending to be in during the week I get them, I sopose staring at a computer all day aint helping either

Proper eating and sleeping habits are extremely important, your headaches would most likely go away if you changed yours a bit.

drink water. Smoking can dehydrate you so try drinking a good amount of water. Alot of headachs r caused by dehydration. If I have a headache I try drinking as much water I can then wait a lil while and if it doesn't get better I take something but too much meds make my liver fall off.

maybe it takes to much energy out of your body when u smoke so at one point
u get those annoying "i need energy, im tired" headaches. it used to happen to
me when i was a newbie and id toke all day long, after couple joints i had those
headaches cuz my body wasnt used to smoking...

its sleep related for sure, i get migranes all the time because i dont get enough sleep, whether im on world of warcraft or writing, im always up till 3 in the morning.. so i get a max of 4-5 hours of sleep a night.

i found with weed u have alot of influnence on wat happens.

weed is a mental thing mostly

i used to get these fuckin horrible headaches
turns out i had a wicked sinus tooth infection...for more than a year. even tho i went to several doctors and dentists. they always told me i was fine.

but one weekend my head and eye and jaw all felt like they were splitting apart. the pain was immense.
i couldnt really move my head around to much or else i had jolts of pain.
i ended up going to emerg and getting diagnosed with a sinus tooth infection. antibiotics cleared it up temporarily but it kept coming back until my dentist FINALLY said i need a root canal.

i sometimes still get pain in my sinuses but its never been as bad. and usually just occupancies a cold, and clears up with the cold.
