WG designer wanted...

after much investigation and research, I have decided, rather than to offer the opportunity to a stranger, that I will instead, first, ask our weedguru brethren...for help eith the design of a new front end template.

Any of you who have seen the http://www.weedguru.com front end will realize, horridly quickly, that it looks terrible. The content is Fine, but the medium for presenting that content is awful.

So...any would be designers, step forwards, show yourself, and start working on a design for a template for the front end which I can use.

There may be, if a decent enough piece of art becomes available, a small prize for the contribution.

I think that a major thing that needs to be added to the mainpage is a proper logo added to the top left corner.....something like this below. The round logo at the top of this screen is nice but not effective enough as its barely readable..the weedguru part doesn't stand out enough in my opinion. Ideally a logo a bit more creative and unique than this though

I like the top one more. The bottom one had the 'g' touching the 'd'.

We probably have some people around here that can get alot more creative than that.

haha my bf and I always walk around and try to guess the typeface that is used for different signs. It's actually quiet fun.
Man, we're such design nerds lol, but typography is awesome indeed.

I like the one we have now or at least use a cool graffiti looking font.

Graffiti fonts are not recommended cause they are too hard to read. Plain and simple is what they say..
