Yeah, I still do all the time (I was into bodybuilding before my injury). Unless you want to get fat from a blocked colon, take a laxative once or twice a month. It won't give you diarrhea, it'll just clean you out. If you don't, you'll eventually get a blocked colon.

Long story short, unless you like the feeling of Preparation H on hemorrhoids and being bloated makes you feel all fuzzy inside, I'd take a laxative now and again.

Gravedigging, maybe, but this is in the interest of health on a subject that's common and wasn't completely answered.

yeah, I've never once felt the need that taking a laxative was a good idea, but then again I have a half decent diet, in good shape, and a somewhat skinny athletic looking body. Laxatives are more for fatties than anything... I've done it once though, purely on accident, and a LOT of it. WHO THE FUCK BUYS COOKIE LAXATIVES AND PUTS THEM IN THE FOOD CABINET?!?!!

btw Ikku, I would have to say beer is a good laxative... the shits you have the next morning after a night of drinking (especially lower quality beer) makes you shit like an explosive cannon
