It's my favorite because it shows the ignorance in politics and propaganda that can persuade the nation and the reason why you shouldn't listen a word that is said by these people. Listen to the naysayers, the supporters, the scientists, the realists, the philosophers.. not the people who are trying to gain a popular vote.

PS. I believe the war on drugs was a good thing in a sense (ok, work with me here) because it gave people horrible ideas of the drug, but through science, rationality, and good ol' common sense, it let people not only learn how much bullshit politics pushes out, but it kept a good balance on the good AND bad of a drug (no matter how much you disbelieve it, EVERY drug has something bad about it). If from the start we all believed drugs were fine, there would be MANYYY more addicts in our world as we won't have something to be afraid of. Now we'll have something to look back on and see both sides of the stories plus many more.

Mine's a bit more of an anecdote, by Robin Williams (I originally would have went with the very first quote in the thread I think, it's someone's signature around here)
