Lowryder #2 Indoor Growing

I'm interested in growing, but not yet do i know the essentials of growing. I want to keep it smalls and grow up to 4 plants or less at a time. I'm interested in lowryder #2 due to all the comments saying its a good beginner grow. I'm also interested in growing it in a PC Grow Box, maybe this one to be exact http://www.pcgrowcase.com/flowerboxlst.htm

Just some good advice would be helpful containing : Lighting periods, watering, germination, soils, pots & other essentials.

Autoflowering strains are not recommended for a beginner grower...they are amongst the ore difficult and touchy strain to grow. A beginner should go with something easy like Northern Lights
