In need of help using proxies...

Every week I have to make do with scraping around the net to find watchable highlights, of half decent quality, of my beloved Premiership football. The BBC and Guardian and MSN sites offer top quality highlights, but due to my IP being Australian, I am blocked access. Does anyone know of a reliable proxy for me to make myself appear as if i am in England, which is solid enough to fool the sites i mentioned?????
