[Weedguru Higher]

A friend of mine has a small headshop, that he is trying to expand with my help

He has asked me to help him create a company logo for his shop. I am now turning to you folks to help me help him! I haven't got the needed creative mind, or the photoshop skills to do it

The store's name is the "Kingdome" which is pretty much french for Kingdom. It's got that name because it is located on King Street.

He wants to have a logo that relates to 'King' and smoking, but not blatant marijuana stuff. It's gotta be discrete, yet gets the point across

I came up with this image, which I think is pretty cool and perfect for him. It says "king" and it says "smoking", nothing more, nothing less



I need to add the shop name into the pic somehow, and need it to look cool. I've tried, but haven't succeeded

The company name needs to be 'Boutique Le Kingdome" with emphasis on 'Kingdome"

Can someone help me out with this? Is anyone up to giving it a try? Weedguru, show me your photoshop skills please!

Needs to look professional..it's a business we're talking about after all

Or if anyone has a better idea, we are open to that as well

how about having the shop name in an arch over his head, or maybe boutique on top, and the kingdome under the dude?

Ya , Boutique on top and Kingdome on the bottom in an arch would probably look cool. What color would you do the letters in in? I'm thinking black, but maybe that's to oridinary

Here's the final result..or close too. I think this design nicely incorporates the "king" part of the store name, and clearly reflects the smoking aspect as well



What do you think? Opinions please!

It basically translates into something like this: (sounds better in french though)

" Accessories and articles for smokers"
"Rolling paper, lighters, pipes, bongs, grinders, scales,etc"
"Unique collectable items, figurines, and decorative trinkets
Address - I blanked it out for posting on the boards
"opening hours - blah, blah"

I think the graphic is wicked kewl but I'm not so sure about the font you have used with it, aesthetically smoke is fluid and floaty but the font you have used is hard edged and quite pronounced so it seems a bit mismatch, but I'm just being picky and if its gone to print already I dont think many other people will really notice, especially given the intended market audience, so i wouldnt bother about it too much
