rather than practising with grass or watever jus practice rollin with tobacco without any additives ;) that way u can jus roll it then undo it and roll it again etc for as long as u like and is more like the real thing than grass.
coz once i was provin that somebody didn't know what they wer chattin so I shredded up privets and rolled them, he said it was really strong, dumb fuck. anyway point is it jus wasnt the same and not as easy to roll.

This whole subject doesn't really get much easier than roaches so spose this is a good place to start.

 u tear a strip of card (something like rizla packet or equivelent as stated already by many.
 The width should be slightly shorter than the filter of a cigarette but u will get used to ur own size in time.
 The length (as suggested) depends on the width of ur J
:!: A coner is gonna be small at the end so the card wont be so long
:!: A marley (fat all the way down) will be fat at the end so the card will need to be longer (to roll into a fatter cylinder) in the case of a marley u may want to make it a bit wider too!
 There are a few ways to roll it
:!: One way is to bend over the end of the card a little less than the width of the J then jus roll the rest round this to make a cylinder (variation of this is the bend initially two or three time tight then jus roll loosely round that and when it is done arrang the midble tight bends into a triangle) GOD THIS WOULD BE EASIER WITH DIAGS (I'll try and make some and get them upsome where
:!: An other way (suitable for 'BIG' marleys) is to bend the card into a concertina (zig-zag) a few times depending on the width of J and then wrap the rest of the card round this once or twice.

Jus remember most roaches are not that long 3cm ish for regular Js so no need to be too elaborate :D

Jus have fun peeps and experiment!
