hold it in longer so your brain gets depreived of oxygen and you can feel " higher "....

nahh just kidding.

get better weed, or do what I do.

keep the spliff in your mouth, intake from your mouth, hold for a few seconds, exhale from your nose and repeat 3-4 times or more

gets me in a coughing spree

that way you keep sucking in, than exhaling, good circulation

just hold the smoke in for a longer period of time, then gently exhale, do that a couple of times and your bound to feel some high

or do bongs

bowls

buckets

lungs

blunts

stick multiple skins together and roll a fat one

Some of the things me and my friends do while smoking are elevator hits, upside down hits, upside down shotguns, and we've done elevator shotgun before as well.

Upside down hits/shotguns: do a handstand, prop your feet up on the wall, take your hit/shotgun (somebody has to give you your hit or shotgun everytime), either hold it or start doing push ups, then while your bringing your feet down to the ground exhale. You get a big head rush

Elevator: stand up straight, take your hit or get your shotgun, then drop down to the ground and come back up pretty quickly, keep doing the up and down movement until you have to exhale. try to exhale while coming up, you will get a head rush

Both of these ways in my opinion will really fuck you up. But like someone allready said, you've got to be creative man
