How old do u have to be to buy rolling papers?????

depends what country/state you live in. But in the U.K. its 16 and also 16 to buy filters, i dont really get that, cause one is paper and the other makes smoking slightly less harmful.

not like you'll get much hassle buying papers at a corner store...the majority prob. let you get away with it.

Hahaa.. I think its a bit weird.. keeping ppl from buying fucking PAPER..

although the purpose of use is illegal I can understand why they tie age booundries but anyway.. its just paper cmon..

i tried to buy papers in toronto, but the girl asked for i.d, and im only 18. luckily a friend of mine bought them for me. but then we went to buy another brand of papers from another area of the store and that guy didnt care.

well yea it depends, i'm 16 and some coffeeshops do allow me to buy some and chill in side, some ask me gentle to leave, and some threaten me to call te police

The trick to getting any shit like that is to get a person who looks like they would sell it to you. It cant be an indian guy. You should buy it from a store keeper who looks younger and cool.

Make sure it's not an old lady. Old ladies always card us here. Look for a younger man who appears to smoke weed or not give a fuck about anything. Usually anyone with a lot of piercings will sell to you.
