Asmodeus mentioned that the site has been hacked before. THe perpetator left a funky message...look at the thread 'Again'..it was portugese mostly...talked about linux

Dynamic Ip's and so on........... I dont know much but i do know that dial up connections do not come with spoofing packages, but isn't it easy to decode a "Dynamic ip" and find the real trace route through DOS? And isnt the "Dynamic ip" that you speak of really called the "mask ip?" thats what it says in DOS

im still receiving about 10 virus containing emails a day - does anyone have any ideas what i can do to stop this annoying shit from happening?

oh god help lol - my inbox is liek a spam wharehouse, currently downloading 446 emails - 440 are pure spam! its too much. which cunt is responsible? your a fucking wanker. someone help me please - it freakin ridiculous now. beyond anything that even resembles a joke.

can you make it so that anything resembling spam is deleted.. check options or something for your email.. it should have some sorta spam stopper that if it resembles spam or the computer thinks it mite be spam it deletes it..

it is actually possible to send mail from ANYONES address, you can get progs to do it

dynamic ips are ips that change every time you log onto the internet.
dynamic ips change everytime you connect, but you can only have a cutain ammount of ips eg x.x.x.255 <- ip so do the math there isnt a unlimted amount of numbers you can use so they reuse em so when you get off the net, the number is free again so some one else connecting will get it, and masking ip is ip spoofing, you connect to your isp, thru another live ip

eg my ip

127.0.0.1 -> connect to a live proxy -> your new masked ip will be the proxy ip
so it makes my ip look liek this 127.1.1.0
and when some on traces it ,it will come back as 127.1.1.0 not your real ip of 127.0.0.1 even thru dos

its kind of a waste to spoof your own ip with a proxy. it slows everything down, well with my expereince.

weedguru_asmodeus: you can either set up filters to stop certain emails from getting in, this will stop about 60% of the spam if you set up the filters good. user words that seem frequent in the emails. if you want to keep that account, you'll take your time and really try to set this up. you can try to find the IP on an email and do a whois and report the IP and see if that'll help. its lame to snitch on someone about something like that, but if your really tired of it and they keep doing it, its probably the best thing you can do. other then that, you might have to get a new account. it sucks. but ur not the only one.

There is sql injection vulnerbility in phpBB. The variable "topic_id" is passed directly from GET to sql query in /viewtopic.php. It can be used to get md5 passwords for users. I have the code to do this if ur intrested, but figured I wouldn't post it directly on here.

But i am using spam assasin - and only 12 viruses today

I would love to put a massive virus on works system the day i leave to go back to australia (when the weed and women have to stop , but not straight away just when i move in the flat my dad has got me , which is a few doors down from his house.)
