Well my fav movie to watch while stoned is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It's fuckin awesome. Also any LOTR movie (I LOVE the special fx)! Good comedies are Half Baked, Nice Dreams, Robin Williams Live on Broadway and Wayne's World.
Let's not forget the classics though...some good movies to chill and watch are Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Three Amigos/The Jerk (anything Steve Martin), and Uncle Buck! LoL

quentin tarantino is the shit...kevin smith movies are good to watch stoned...brain dead (aka dead-alive) and bad taste (which are written and directed by peter jackson (LOTR trilogy)) are some good movies to watch stoned if youre into comedy/gore movies, half baked is funny shit cuz dave chappelle is one funny mother fucker, watch dave chappelle's stand up comedy in Killin Them Softly and San Francisco...get them off kazaa, Donnie Darko is one FUCKED UP movie and its even more FUCKED UP if you watch it high which is what i did the first time but youll have a hell of a time reading forums trying to figure out what the fuck happened but its one of my fav movies, and Eddie Murphy Delirious is the best stand up if for some fucked up reason you havent seen it yet take your head outta your ass and go rent it
