UPDATE: I have installed 2 pc cooling fans, hooked them up to a power supply. That are no giving the plant some 'wind' if you like. I did this in my research that apparently it helped with growth as well as thicker stems and branches and what not. I thought, bigger the branch, bigger the fruit. But yeah, im really loving this little project :)

Update: Dont forget, Photo Updates are on PREVIOUS page.

Smelling VERY nice, Very Stinky and the leaves are extremely healthy. Showing signs of pre-flowering, Can't wait yet though. I've got it to a decent size for my needs and if it stinks this good without any budding, damn i will be one happy papa!

Definatley female, i can see small white hairs coming out of the cracks as it were, but tiny tiny tiny. I tried something new for a few days, i stuck the plant in my shower, with the water running AWAY from it so it didnt get wet. Turned off the extractor fan and lets put it this way, it got it's humidity fix. Then rested it under it's concentrated lights and it must have grown about 2 inches in 24 hours, showed new leafing and seemed to really like it. I'm keeping temps, slightly colder at the moment and running the plant on a 16/24 hour light cycle just to help with the flowering.

As blacky did say correctly, that some autoflowering strains need abit of help so i'm giving it just a little nudge for flowering. I had a much older friend who has been growing for years come over mine yesterday for some advice about the plant. He said:

"The plant is healthy, strong, fine. No sign of nute deficiancy from what i can see"
"Has a very potent skunky smell"

and he estimated that i will get a nice yield out of just seeing the plant face to face. He said it's more of a percy smoke (smoke by yourself) and not really for commerical selling. He said if i wanted to do that, then 10 plants and he recommended either white widow or Sensi star i think it was? and make cloans and basically make a factory. But even i said to him "yeah and where do i exactly fund this"....

thats when he came unstuck lol but hey, a dreams a dream i guess lol!

But yeah, it's going to be a personal smoke plant, personal use only. But apparently at this rate, the smoke will be VERY strong. :D *HAPPY*

Bigger branches, thicker stems does mean bigger buds you are correct

And to answer your pm even if I'm drunk all I can say is you are TOTALLY on the right track and things are looking superb...I'm wasted so I reviewed the whole thread quickly with blurred vision but I have nothing to say other than congrats. If I look back tommorrow when I'm sober I'm sure I'll say the same thing...

Happy growing purple!

Got some fab news people. I'm smoking some Blue Cheese Right now and there was a 3 seeds in the bag. Well, by my observation of what i know so far, i would have said the plant in question that i sampled had been pollenated to produce the seeds (am i correct, kinda new to the growing side so i'm trying to revise lol)

Anyway, I have 3 of those seeds, Blue Cheese Strain and I'm germing them as we speak, they look like very healthy seeds. So If I'm lucky, I'll have something really nice going on, more variety :)

Also aswell, I was going to ask... If with the plant i already have thats starting to flower, and has proved to be herself female. Should i make clones out of her? Or would it not be worth the trouble? Ideas people, need ideas! lol

They're all gonna droop and die unless you put them under a humidity dome. They have no roots so can only survive in a very high humidity environment. They take water in through their leaves instead of their roots

Hurry up, they won't survive long like that.

Hey wait a minute....are you the guy growing the autoflowering strain?

I'm not sure how cloning autoflowering plants is gonna go over though...you can't reveg them cause you can't stop it from flowering cause the flowering time is genetically predetermind versus controlled like a normal strain. If you do get them to root, they'll still flower at the same time as their mother.

I'm not too up on the matter though...you might want to look into the matter a bit more

Clear cups are NO

Clear cups let light touch your roots = root death = plant death

Okay Guys, I had a few survive the process, replanted them into different pots. So all is well and okay. I took grave concern and fixed the problems. For a humidity dome i used clear plastic cups and it got very humid inside them.

My 'mother plant'... Well I've cut her down obviously to make her children and here is what i have left of her :

I had a theory, i don't know if it would work or be true. But like 'topping' a plant, it grows bushy because the energy from the roots travels up the branches and etc. So in theory, because this mother is older than all of them (technically not true but hey), the energy from her roots will go into this one way little system and produce very nice buds? Like better than it would than if it grew naturally without taking cuttings because the bud sites have more energy flowing into them from the roots. Wont produce as much yeild but better quality?? Just asking.. Just a little theory.

1. Looks like you took a LOT of clones. Thats not always the best course of action as they become very stressed. A mother plant should be able to live after clones are snipped, by taking as many clones as you did its more likely you will get hermies, and that mother is effectively dead.
2. Clear cups over the plants are ok, but plants should never be potted and planted into clear cups. Make sure if you put cups over the plants to either cut small ventilation holes or remove the lids for about 15 minutes each day to allow for fresh air exchange
3. It wont produce as much yield or quality, the plant will be using a good amount of energy to regrow leaves, and due to how small the leaves are now, and how few are left, it simply wont have the energy intake to give sufficient quality or quantity. That mother plant wont yield anything worth your time. To be honest, it also looks very young to be a mother.
4. The reason topped plants grow bushy isnt because the energy from the roots travels up the branches, its because hormonolly the plant controls 1 main stalk and when its cut, it transfers the hormones controlling main stalk growth towards the next lowest branches, giving two branches. Getting rid of small bud sites on the bottom of the plant is a good way to relocate that energy towards the bigger upper buds, but cutting off the entire bottom of the plant including large leaves will not be beneficial.
