The older dealer the better most certainly. He will have more connections and will be less likely to rip you off. More experience, more know how, more logical, higher status with bigger dealers etc. To get the real good shit at good prices you gotta go get it closer to the top of the ladder, and believe me not anyone can go there. Younger kids will not be able to have high ladder connections..they get the stuff from Joe who gets it from Joe 2 who gets it from Joe 3 etc. This will mean you are paying more and god only knows what kinda crap you gonna get. Sometimes the odd younger fellow will manage his way in with these guys, but not too often. Of course there are exceptions, but I'm talking majority. And yes, there will be some older dudes who rip you off too, not just cause they older that they in there either.
