i dont get how this vaporizor is so healthy, whenever u smoke out of this kind of vaporizor your weed is eventually turned into ash, which is carbon which happens when something is combusted. the glass gets heated just as much or close to the temperature of the flame being used. im talking about home made vaporizors that use flame heating- i dont think those work, not the ones where the temperature can be reached at an exact amount electronically-those on the other hand i think can work

Here's what I find inside of all my bulbs

Take all that out with some needle nose pillars or tweezers. When your done wash it out and let it dry.

thats the worst method for a vaporizer, theres too many chemicals and most of the time you dont heat it correctly and it burns anyway

this only works with lava lamps because the bulb is really hot
if any one has any slim lava lamps sitting around heres an amazing vaporizer
just take the glass peice with all the lava out, and you'll have a light in a metal base, get one of those tea candles with the aluminum cup it sits in
get rid of the candle and shape the cup to the bulb in the lava lamp

turn it on for a little bit and you will see the wax vaporize and go up like steam, you need to do this for several minutes to make sure it is fully clean

then you cut out some sort of lid for the top, i used the bottom of a gatorade bottle as a lid, and stuck an aquarium tube through the middle of it

then put your weed in the bulb, shake form, evenly spread out, very thinly, it only vaporizes whats in contact with the surface

then turn it on and let it sit for at least 5 minutes while the weed heats up and the thc begins to vaporize, once the chamber is full, just inhale it through the tube, then let it fill up again, and inhale it again, etc.

it gets you daaamn high, and its easy

I usually take aluminum foil pipes I find and open them up and put the foil over a candle so that the resin in them burns and I just suck up the smoke and get high.

I made one of these. Please explain a few things to me. Is it meant to taste disgusting, does it make anyone else cough uncontrollably. Because I haven't coughed on weed since my first pure jay.

It gives off a whitish steam/smoke thing and thenI inhale that and it makes me cough so much.

Am I doing it right, does anyone else get these things when using this vape?

Also, how do you know if the weed has been used up if it doesnt burn it?

I just made one form a fan bulb, and its looking good! I used electrical (black) tape to create an airtight seal from bulb to cap (tape the bulb and screw over with a cap, like a rubber O ring), and i sealed the straw by melting the inside with a junky hot knife around the edge! i'll tell you how well it works for me when i use it, its 5am now, so i'm not gonna waste my herb.

EDIT: I'm going to make a stand for this with an old erector set so i dont gotta hold the hot fucker

Shit man an erector set

brings back good memories. It didn't make me cough at all, but it does taste a bit different but not bad. I haven't used it for weed since I first made it but I have used it for resin (just make it a pancake inside the blub) I think I am going to also use it for hash when I get some more. If anyone sees this around your house, be prepared for "I didn't know you smoked crack/meth/etc.".

on huge hits i did cough. I figured it was used up when it stopped producing the vapor after the normal few seconds i had to hold it there. But yeah it sounds about right, im not fond of the taste either.

Hmm, I dont care if its healthier, im sticking to smoking my herb from now on. Until I can afford a proper vapo.

Got stoned yesterday, partially from this! I got the stand up and ready and shit, but didn't use it

(the stand...made from an old erector set... heh...) It worked great! I packed a -very- small bowl, just a big pinch, and got baked after only a few hits! after that my friends came and we went to see his friend, who is now my dealer, but i woke up this morning (After passing out on the stairs after 6 shots of vodka, 2 beers, 4 bowls (med-large) and a blunt.) and tried it again. The SAME pot from yesterday was still there! I got a good 4 hits off of it before I cashed it, and they were VERY smooth! Only problem i have is the herb likes to bounce around alot when I take a hit, so im going to put a small screen on the end (mouth) so i can just blow a little if it stays in the straw. anyone else have any luck with this?
