They won't arrest you for being stoned. If you feel like you have been violated then go ahead and file a complaint against him, you won't be judged because you smoked up. It just makes it worse for him cause he drugged you first...

I once went to Montreal and got pulled over at 2am by the cops. I was right in the middle of commiting an illegal act, cept they didn't know it lol. The wanted to know what I was doing there so far from home at a strange hour. I told them I was meeting up with someone, but they wanted to know why. So the reason I gave them was that a few years back a guy had ripped off my pot crop. I found out it was him , and so now he's paying me back my lost money. We meet up on occasion, and he gives me money. The cops were so shocked by my answer that they shut up and left me alone. Guess they musta figured I surely wasn't lying..who the hell would tell a lie like that lol??

Oh yeah, just goes to say you can admit to alot of stuff too cops and they can't or won't bother with it cause they have no proof or grounds.
