lol way to post like a year later. I was wondering if they won something recently that I didn't know about. That's why I asked.
I saw on TV today, this man lost his son, his son died...
So he had him cremated, took his ashes, and then made it into a Diamond ring...
Now he watches his son shine every day.
I just thought about that, while I sit here ashing in this ashtray...

Re: The world game..FooTbALL
Hi this is my first post and i wanted to get the ball rolling on Manchester United.
I feel that unless something is done the heart of Man U will be ripped apart as long as the glazers are there. I underestimated the glazers buyout of Manchester and it effect on the club it has and will have. We need to oust the glazers and have a new buyer who can rid us of the large debt. The bonds issued have been determined to be weak and a poor option by many investors in America. Lets continue with the green and gold brigade trying to bring down thew glazers.

Scarf...Ilk'd knowledge of the proper footbALL is close to mine, with only a few blanks in his awareness, solely due to age...so...i would go as far as to say that he knows his shit, almost as much as an englishman. But not quite...As for the premiership so far???? Chelsea have started worryingly strongly. Two 6-0 drubbings, and then a less impressive, but equally predictable victory over another team who you would expect any champions elect to overpower. They, Chelski, have a player called Ramires, who is yet to be integrated into the first XI. He is scarily good. As in, he can tackle, run, pass, create, score...to a very, high technical level. Even without him, they seem massively superior to everyone else in England. And I have little doubt, that they wont win the premiership. I like the way Ancelotti goes about his work. Calmly. Without controversy. Just gets on with it...The same as he was with my beloved Juve, and HIS beloved Milan. Whilst this is perhaps the last season where Lampard and Terry can prove world class, the greatest surprise to me, has been Drogba. For that wind up merchant, of extreme potency, appears to have actually increased his pace. As to HOW???? I have no idea, other than to suggest steroids. but sure enough, he seems Usain Bolt pace now. The ONLY teams capable of challenging Chelsea are United and Arsenal. Neither have started assuredly. And I see only United as offering ANY challenge to Ancelotti's boys. And that challenge is madly dependent on Rooney staying fit, of Berbatov stepping up a gear and also, of Nani moving from Potentially Quality, to consistently Quality.
Aside from the big boys...I like what redknapp is doing at spurs. I am also interested and supportive of Hughes at Fulham...and I am intrigued to see how well Mancini, who I don't rate that highly, as a manager, is capable of gelling together a squad of solid and world class players.

I watched Argentina and Spain yesterday, fairly explosive offense from Argentina, but I don't really know what happened to Spain.

Spain would be without their top players for a friendly as the European Championship has just started .. clubs tend not to release players unless its for a major competition

Spain were not without their top players. Some of them, yes...but Batista obviously knows how to MANAGE, whereas Maradona knows only how to court controversy.
As to Spurs ever been amongst the top dogs...no chance. Also, I highly doubt that Liverpool will be snapping at the heels of Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea this season. They lack the quality. Even Spurs should better them, AGAIN, this season. my money is on a Chelsea v Arsenal season long battle for supremacy, with Chelsea coming out on top, long before the finish line. The way Abramovich's boys have started is insanely special. Played 4, won 4, scored 17, conceded 1. THAT is title form...

Being 4th in the Premiership league last year put Spurs among the top dogs ( top four teams ) granted they have to do it consistently to be considered one of the top four.
Chelsey and Arsenal have stil to play a decent team this season so the jury is out on them.Watched Liverpool yesterday and they were shit , yep they going nowhere alas.
Did you know you can watch all the games on computer ?
