i think if you tell a kid not to smoke weed they will go off and to it behind your back. Its best to let them pick the path they want to go on. All you can do is tell em how you fell about them doing it and what it can do to them. Keep them safe dont let them drive when they are all messed up and just shit like that.

I would not encourace or discourage it, i would kind of ignore it. like if my kid came home with red eyes and reeking of weed I would'nt say anything because i always would want them to come home if they needed to. My parents are definatly against it and I have spent plenty of nights sleepng in the park because of it.

as much as I smoke, I dont think I'm gonna have kids. since smoking makes you sterile, I got to be shoot'n blanks by now!

I would never.

a) smoke infront of my kids.
b) introduce them to smoking
c) allow them to smoke infront of me.

Would I condone it? Possibly, time will tell I guess.

I wont want them to smoke as much as i do

But if they smoke once or twice then it is ok as long as they eventually quit

This is a very controversial question. I think I would gladly let my kids smoke if they got into it, but if they got caught, the chance that they would tell the authorities that they got the bud from their parents just freaks me out...Also, i couldn't possibly bear the thought of my own children getting cancer. On the other hand, like Higher said, I don't want my kids sneaking around and trying to hide things from me. I guess when the time comes, I'll just have to weigh my options.

My parents know that I smoke, and I know that my Dad smokes, so yeah I'd let my kids smoke, 'cause even if I don't let them do it they'll do it anyway. Its the same with drinking, its not like alchohol is illegal in England so why should I try and prevent them from doing exactly what I do now. (However I'm only 16 and I'm pretty sure that I don't have any kids yet so my opinion might change).
