I tend to use quite a long roach when I'm rolling so it's easier to roll round, but what I also used to do was take too much cardboard and roll it too fat. Take enough to fold it over about once, roll it really tight and wait for it to unroll again. Once it's unrolled itself, as long as it will still work as a filter, stick it in the joint. Then it won't come unrolled in the joint.

Dont use roaches, keep it "au natural"

they stop you getting tar on your lips, if you roll with bacca like i do ;/
