thats not exact, but close. where i live we sell by the ounce apparently, therefore, percentage of an ounce. i even bought i dime to see, and it weighed out about 2.8 grams (2.76). well, not JUST to see...

in north carolina they can only make arrest for possession, though if they suspect use, they automatically get the right to perform a search.
