Stuff like Shpongle, Eat Static, Astral Projection, Halloucinogen etc. are just amazing when stoned. Si thingy bob who is Shpongle and Halloucinogen is just a complete genius, amazing music for weed shrooms or acid. Love it! I wanna go to Goa this summer and trip on the beach to some mad psy trance.

Gotta say tho, don't think much of your hip hop selection

Sorry. I'm not very experienced in listening to hiphop when I'm stoned. Those are the ones I remember listening to with friends. Do you have any sugestions? Usually I listen to trance, blues or classic rock

Thats cool, theres some much better stuff out there tho, have a look back thro this thread, theres loads of good recommendations in here, hip hop or otherwise.

ATM hip hop wise I'm still listening to cLOUDDEAD (been listening to it for weeks now

) cuz its just amazing. Sounds strange at first but the more you listen the better it sounds. MC Paul Barman is just ubelievably good, have a look on Amazon for him, his albums can be hard to find. For comedy stuff, the DJ Yoda How To Cut And Paste series are quite funny but theres some really good tracks on them too. Everyone loves the Pharcyde cuz their amazing, Bizarre Ride to The Pharcyde is a good one to start with. People Under the Stairs are right good, they seem to put sunshine into their tracks and it sounds so good when your lit, De La Soul, Cypress Hill (well the older stuff atleast). For stuff without MC's, DJ Shadow is god, Rae and Christian do some good stuff (its not all hip hop but its all good), Aim...

anex, i got some of the clouddead stuff and i wasnt particluarly impressed. i find dose-one wickedly abstract and often he makes sense to me. the song called 'the speech song' by anticon is amazing with dose, sole,slug and alias. if you like dose one then you should check out alias and sole cos they similar, slightly less abstract.neway i get some more clouddea stuff before sticking to my opinion that they not for me.
