(will use the old dears card) unless you'll accept stoner sig skills as some sort of currency (even if its untill april when i can get a credit card of my own..) 
sounds like a good idea to keep the assholes out, shows that people are civilised, and willing to make the forum work, where there is no real other "asshole filter" on forums.
