ive seen this picture a bunch
and a doubt that its real, all the real tongue tattoos ive seen look nothing like this.
the detail in this picture would be near impossible, and wouldnt last very long

No offense Dan, but personally I think that if you're asking others about what to get for a tattoo, you shouldn't get one in the first place. A tattoo should be something you decide on yourself.

Tattoos should reflect who you are, what you love, and the things you do.
It should not represent what other's think of you.
It should not just be some "cool picture"
It should not be just to be cool or accepted
Someone who needs a tattoo knows what they want. People who ask for recomendations dont need tattoos.

I like tattoo's on most people when I see them. I personnel haven't gotten one because I don't want to be stuck with something in 15 years that I no longer like.

i disagree with you on one point blacky.
sometimes its ok for a tattoo just to be a "cool picture"
but only in a few circumstances...someone that is covering their whole body with tattoos will sometimes just get an epically intricate and beautiful tattoo because it looks "cool", even though it has no "special" meaning behind it.
after awhile giving intense meaning behind all your tattoos loses meaning in itself

Re: tattoos, how do you feel about them?
which is why the quote 'sometimes less means more' comes in to play
It's all up to the person who wants the tattoo on why they want it tho..
For me though, I'm with blacky.. I think it's a waste of time, space, and potential for random ink to be put on you without it having any meaning at all

Re: tattoos, how do you feel about them?
nope ive been pretty fuckin broke.
my bf got laid off so ive been basically paying for everything. plus all the christmas shite and my credit card bill.
i cant afford the train ride to get to my tattoo artist let alone the cost of the sitting.
hopefully going in Feb. its been way to long, and i didnt even get much done at my last sitting.
i started my back piece in july and i was hoping to be more than halfway done by now.
