new pics of plants, updated 13/05/2005!!!!!!!!

ok heres some pics of my plants tell me what u think.
bare in mind this is a bedroom setup that has cost me nothing to do, all i have bought is miricle grow and plant pots, the rest is stuff i had lying around!!
do these plants look ok, or am i doing something wrong?

forgot to mention that those pics are in order, oldest to newest.
im using 2 x 100w houshold spotlight bulbs about 2-5 inches above the plants. 2 plants to 1 light.
miricle grow gave my mum superb results a few years ago, but shes in turkey now so i cant ask her for advice so im here!

white paint > tin foil and even better than mylar

and your plants are stretching, get an HPS or MH before you go into flowering , and get rid of the miracle grow haha

a) iv already said this setup has cost me nothing, i am not spending stupid money on growing equipment, iv seen plants grown under bedside lamps, ok, so the smoke isnt the best in the world, but its still better than what most people i know can get from their shitty dealers, and if it saves me a bit of money on buying from a dealer then im happy, so il stick with my 100w table lamps thanks

b) i said before miricle grow gave people i know good results, il try my next batch without it, but so far its working for me.
c) i know my plants are stretched, mainly from them being in the window sill. im in the uk, where we dont get much sunlight especially in feb/march, that is why they stretched, my plants i grew just under my table lights have spanned out not up, which i thought was good?
d) i made my tin foil stands out of a cardboard box opened out, and tin foil just clamped around the edges and stapled down where needed.the cardboard box provided the natural bends in the stands from where it was folded together before i opened it out.
d) any other CHEAP suggestions to help my growing out are much appreciatted, thanks for suggestions though everyone

il take some more pics soon to let u see how they are gettin on.

id highly reccomend using a fluoro, because ur plants are gonna stretch like motherfuckers.
or maybe try tying them to a pole.

2 fluoro's have been purchased gonna fit a plug to them tonight, so should solve the problem.
£15.00 for two 38w 4ft fluoros i think was quite good?
they are tied to garden cains already.
