Just curious what stores in U.S. sells them in....without being carded or behind counter.

thats what i use to do before i became legal age. or just stand outside and wait for a guy who looks cool and ask him. the worst he can do is say no

yea i do that, but i always have a friend do it causei always fuck up words when i talk to people i dont know and i dont know why

get skins from a cigarette store...or a corner store cause papers like zigzag are sold for cigarette rolling, but not alot of people use them for that purpose

They don't. If you go to a store in the United States and attempt to buy papers without looking blatantly adult, expect to get carded. I'm nearly 25 and I still get suspicious looks when I go out to buy blunts.

i hate that...it sux even more when you know a store that will sell papers tobacco in any form to anyone reguardless of age and dont have a car cause its too far away to walk to and not worth walking to it...
