I as out in the sun all day today, i thought i was ok till i got inside, then after about 20 minutes it was like i caught fire. It stings like a bitch and i'm redder than a virgin at a porno shoot. My pale english skin isn't used to this kind of heat! I don't even normally burn, it's weird and it sucks.

Ive been burnt since early june.

You know how some people have a farmers tan, well i have a alcrosse tan. Theres this like 5 inch spot on both lower arms where i am burnt then the rest is regular because of my pads, and the back of my neck is mad burnt. a sweat off all the sunscreen so that doesn't help. i've been having severe muscle cramps, and couldn't talk yesterday because i was very dehydrated, i threw up to...it was hot as balls. but i got some potassium and electrolytes so now my sunburn and ass mucles just hurt

its hot and humid as fuck here in toronto.......i had a baseball game today......i was sweating like crazy and it was just a lazy evening game....

they said its gonna be over 30 degrees for about another 2 weeks at least......which is good cuz i love the heat, but sometimes it just gets toooo hot

I don't know what 30 C equates to, but we have been in the 90's F here for a couple weeks, and my car has no AC. The humidy is usually around 80%.

hah sun burn is for the weak. i never wear sunscreen and i never get burned. i guess im just lucky for that

yea 86 degrees fahrenheit.....but with the humidity it was like 45 C = 113 F




but i got a/c so its all good....heh
