OK, I'm bored so I thought that I would earn myself some seeds. For the ones that haven't been answered:

Niagara Falls

Rhubarb and Asparagus

They are from Minnesota (Land of 10,000 lakes) and kept the name when they moved to LA.

Last time I checked you don't get to go to first base on a passed ball.
