Need some help... nebulizer?

My girl and I have a bit of a conundrum.

In the last several months, her asthma's been acting up like mad crazy. Which has put a definite hitch in our usual lifestyle.

Basically, she just can't smoke anymore. I know some people with asthma can smoke until they're old and grey and never have any problems, but that just isn't our luck. She can't stand eating it (which is too bad because I LOVE baking) and vaporizers are hella expensive and way out of our budget - and homemade vapos aren't as reliable. I just don't totally trust a test tube or lightbulb to absorb enough heat that the bud absolutely won't burn.

What keeps running around in my head, though, is to somehow make use of her nebulizer. For the unaware in our ranks, a nebulizer is this nifty little device that uses air compression to turn a liquid medicine into a fine, inhalable mist. Anyway, I think you can see where I'm going with this... I just don't have a clue as to the HOW of it all. I've considered a tincture, but inhaling a mist of any alcohol can lead to all sorts of unwanted side effects. THC isn't water soluble, so making (essentially) a tea doesn't seem to be the way to go. Would heating the tincture to make bhang, for instance, be effective enough in burning off the alcohol without losing the good stuff from the bud?

Any ideas? Advice? Suggestions? Past successes? We've been sober just way too long... Help!

i've used a nebulizer before but theres no way you are going to get weed in one of those things. why dont you try going to rainbow connection or hightide and ask them about a vaporizer of they dont have one there they should be able to order you one to the store. why cant you just bake some brownies?

Why not just stop buying weed for a week and save up for a vapourizer

"Saving up" just isn't always that easy, y'all. We live from paycheck to paycheck as it is. In the couple years, our pot smoking has gone from several times daily to one weekend a month to now - which is when we're lucky, our friends are feeling generous and they'll hook us up with a bud or two (which, incidentally, is why I'm not baking it - not only is it not enough, it's too good to eat).

We don't have any extras in our lives right now. We have her prescriptions, groceries, gas, rent, insurance, a hospital bill, and utilities that we pay monthly (phone, electric, water).

Maybe this is just a sign to say that it's time to put our pot-smoking days behind us. Bah.

if you guys have your own place and you seem normal enough i wouldnt mind smoking you guys out, its against my morals to give away weed but i dont mind smoking with someone in need. are you 2 roommate or a couple?
