what is the most thirst quenching drink???

Ive been in a lot of hot places over the years and now on refelction I can say that lemon barley is my favourite thirstquencher...
i also like biitters, lemon and lime but yeh ice cold god lemon barley and water is delicious in this crazy heat.....
whats yours?

ribena is a delicious blackcurrant drink.. i used to love it as a kid, but not now; it seems too sticky for my mouth...
definately giveit a whirl DOc, if you can get your hands on the stuff, that makes me think of when i was little and used to eat wild raspberries all the time, they were the most delicious fruit i have ever eaten...

is ribena only supplied to the slums now back in the UK??has it changed that much since I last touched british soil August 05???

We call it "The Shit"
it's basically seltzer water mixed with real lemon juice and sugar, and sometimes if we have any, we put cherry juice/cherries in it
