If rose = tulip, the idea is to roll a wide cone with two skins, fill it up with weed and attach it to a joint. I don't know how to make a cone though.

If tha rose isnt a tulip, roll a tulip anyway these are probaby my favourite 'out of the ordinary' spliff!

Yeah, rolling a tulip isnt hard at all man. You just put 2 papers together, so they form a perfect square when folded form corner to corner. Then stick thoses together to form a triangle. Its self explanitry from there. But if you need more help im me on AIM @ perpetualistikail.
