How can i take bigger hits?

Exactly what it says.. I'm 14 and I smoke weed because I like smoking weed, and getting high

But, there is one problem. When im inhaling it seems as though i can't inhale usually as long as i need to.. am i hitting right, or does my age kinda effect that?

Either way, give me some tips on how to take bigger hits please?

I found when I first started smoking, if you smoke from a bong (I get bigger hits from a bong anyways) if you put a couple ice cubes in the water it helps the smoke go down easier.

lung capacity comes with working out your lungs... deep breathing execises might help, but its probably easier to have your body learn to hold more and more smoke in over time... smoke on bro

you gonna be able tyo take bigger its when your lungs will be FUCKIN comfortable with weed, and when it happens, taking huge hits will buzz you as much as the first hits that you will take in the first month you smoke, but it tastes so good.

Um, I donno but this seems to work for me, atleast smoking out of a bowl. When I take a hit, I take slow longs hits from it. I get alot of smoke usaully. But doing this I sometimes get to big of hits and cough or get a sore throat.

Usually anything that filters the weed helps a bit (bongs, hookahs, emptied cigs, ets.) will help make it go down easier. from my experience, smokin from a bong with cold water is the best. smoke goes down nice n easy and feeeeeeeelllllsss amazing!

yep as falkon and someone else said any kind of water bong will let u take longer hits. if you cant take them because u just cant handle a good way to get ur lungs more use to it is to abuse them. Take massive spots or buckies all in one go, enough to get ur eyes watering from coughing then they will get easier and easier.
