On first thoughts all i can think of if
the dutchie or doochie Is another name for a j. jus a common spliff
as in 'pass de dutchie from de left hand side!'

i think its just a joint but placed into a pipe.or tube. so its like one of those long cigerette holders but with herb... it think that might be it... but i could be easily wrong
