so i got a 20 sack from my friend last week, and there were like, 3 seeds in it. Ive heard of getting a seed in a stash, but if i wanted to could i plant them and get a legitimate female plant? Just pondering the possibilities...

Rule number 1: You can't tell if a seed will produce a female or a male plant unless you buy seeds that are guaranteed feminized.
Rule number 2: If you want to grow weed from those seeds, you can't just "pop them into some soil" and expect miracles. You have to nurture and care for your plants with special nutrients and fertilizers...not to mention expensive lighting. If you live in a warm spot, there's no harm popping them into the ground outside and see if you can get something happening. Just make sure your prospective plants aren't visible to unwanted visitors.
Rule number 3: Seeds in your stash are usually a no-no in the weed smoking world. Seeds in your stash can mean that you're smoking less than desireable weed, like male plant or hermaphrodite plant. Those plants have a lot less THC in them (the shit that gets you high).

Well I'll have to say if you don't grow it right, it's most likeley gonna turn out pretty bad. I guess if your hella lucky it'll be good.

I'd say if you plan on dropping seeds in the soil in a wooded area, there are a few things you should consider to have a chance of a successful grow:
-The seeds will have a better chance of sprouting if you germinate them in a little cup of warm water or leaving them in wet paper towel. Then pop the little germinated root into the soil with the tip of the root pointing down into the soil.
-Plant the seeds on a sloping hill or at the top of a mound of soil. Don't plant them in a gulley or they'll get washed away during a rainstorm.
-Make sure you're not planting under a tree or bush that will prevent the seedling from getting enough sun.
That's all I really know about outdoor growing but it might help you in the long run.

also, make sure its not windy, in its young age, the plant will be frail and might snap. the smallest of breezes is enough.

of course you can, get a 1,000 foot extension cord and a fan and just put it on so it's blowing at the plant.

Lies. When I grew I had a fan blowing on my younglings at medium. It is most critical to give it wind stress when it's young so it can start building a thick stalk. Mary-Jane grows in some of the windiest places...on islands and shorelines.

yeah and it isnt called weed for nothing lol, its not like it will die when its too cold for a few minutes.
seeds in your weed can mean you've got crappy weed, or its either just one little bud that accidently got pregnant and popped some seeds.
and for the growing, as long as they have a good temperature, enough water and good soil, theyre on their way too your brains
