I want to make some food with weed in it, but i don't know how much weed i should use, and exactly how to do it any help would be appreciated

ask someone who's done it before to guide you. The best way is to make green butter. Do an internet search and you will find recipes. If you use good weed this will taste MUCH better than dumping your weed straight in. my cookies tasted like a sweet chocolately bud, and they were super powerful. I used about 1 or 2 ounces of crystally trimmings to one pound of butter.

i agree with caro, you gotta make butter, just dumping the reefer in the mix wont be as efficiant, and it'll be a fair waste.

exactly what azim said. thc is activated by heat, hence smoking it, and cooking it. also, it is fat permeable, so that's why you mix it with butter. and also butter is the basis for many of the recipes.

I think it might be, if it's good weed. I would use the double broiler method (just a pan submerged in a bigger pot of boiling water. Cook for 1 - 3 hours. The longer you cook, the darker your butter is, the better.) and use only about 3/4 - 1 cup of butter, then when your green butter is finished, strain it as good as you can and use that butter in a cookie recipie.

I especially recommend grinding your bud into flour. I used the blender, it made a course flour, and it worked great!

Its nice to get some info now, I'm planning on making some stuff next time I get the house to myself.

Come to think of it... I won't get the house to myself again til september... and I'm moving out in August... so yeah August it is.

I you think its not enough weed for the whole batch of brownies, then just cut the recipe for the brownies in half so you'll have to eat less
