Is it illegal for a minor to buy papers or wraps or lighters? Cuz i know its illegal to sell them to minors but jus wonderin. Went thru a hell of a lot to get a wrap a pack of whites and 2 lightros today. Went to BP cuz they're the only place who sells to minors and i never bought off this guy so he took me outside and made sure there was no cops around and shit then talked to me for a minute then sold me them.

wow thats odd, no not really.. but yeah it's illegal for minors to buy papers and lighters.. tom thumbs are usually open 24/7 so the night guy might sell to you, i still buy beer at one haha try that

true, but it's a trick of the trade to check ID and sell anyway, after all - the camera only has to see you check the ID ;]

my friend has a gun lighter that is a torch, and me and skwerl saw the regular flame from a gun, damn 4 bucks i want one

Out in oz basically anyone can buy papers, lighters and shit. Guess we're lucky - kinda relaxed laws in that department.

you can buy lighters...before I was 18, I would tell the clerk that I had to get one, or some matches, it was to light my stove, sir, and if they wouldn't sell to me I'd just start crying...."it's fuggin cold in there" or "I can't cook!"...lol it worked almost every time.

ha skwerl could use that the mom is so cheap and wont turn on the heat and she always make skwerl cook

do what beavis and butt-head did, shave ya hair and glue it on ya chin and be like "yeah man" buy ya papers and chill next to a taco machine with ur back on the wall and foot on the wall and when chicks come by be like "yeah im rugged"

fuck that i have never even *once* been asked for ID for papers or lighters, or any such parephenelia (however the word is spelt), and i have been buying them since about 10

my mate tried to buy a case for smokes with a built in lighter, the guy said he couldn't because of the fuel in it... this was pre-18
