Just new 2 smoking hash and have troule rolling any1 help?

I have smoked hash on and off for a while now but recently I have started smoking it constantly the only problem is that I cant roll and the only way I can take it is using a bucket or a bong if my friends aint around! 
Any1 got any good tips on how 2 help me roll a dobbie?
