Laced Weed

Ive looked around about laced weed, but still never really understood what it is or whats different about it. Can some one please explain in non-technical terms since im new to weed, Thanks.

its having another drug/substance on the weed, like putting pcp on bad weed to make it seem really good, or cocaine on weed for desired effect. Other less noticable ones are sometimes on it ,too.

sometimes weed is laced with herion ive had weed laced with herion and it makes it addictive. even thought ive smoked b4 after that night i smoked it i had a hangover and i felt like i really needed weed and i was looking everyone for it. Like i was looking for crack.

What would i check for because when i did put it under the black light i have hanging in my room and it didnt come up with anything glowing etc.

well that shits good to toke yo a few months ago i put some bud i had brought under a black light and little neon balls came up it was fungi. if you smoke fungi if FUCKS yup your respirtoary system.
